When additional performance is required, such as during overtaking, the car uses both the electric motor and the combustion engine to deliver a maximum power output of 460bhp (345kW) and 430Nm of torque - equivalent to a 4-litre V8 petrol engine. There's also a four-wheel drive mode for when extra grip is needed.<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjG3bS2Z4Dh3N0eMBaE68EhjnWxidT0cwKsB7zCf-He2rp9hEMcIyl2KS1TCmuJ0HilCbrGNeSN4Ex6GYF2bPutzbqTpMhHTHEAfpF9ipSoQ1f0YLYxXdIQPU1iQPNSeEUbtTx4fghyphenhyphenCQoO/s1600/2010-Citroen-Metropolis-Concept-wheels-rims-588x441.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjG3bS2Z4Dh3N0eMBaE68EhjnWxidT0cwKsB7zCf-He2rp9hEMcIyl2KS1TCmuJ0HilCbrGNeSN4Ex6GYF2bPutzbqTpMhHTHEAfpF9ipSoQ1f0YLYxXdIQPU1iQPNSeEUbtTx4fghyphenhyphenCQoO/s400/2010-Citroen-Metropolis-Concept-wheels-rims-588x441.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><b>Driving Impressions</b><br />Delivering a smooth and cosseting ride experience, Metropolis is specified with Citroën's renowned Hydractive suspension, which dampens even the roughest of road surfaces and improves the car's aerodynamic performance - further helping to reduce CO2 emissions.<br /><br />Chinais the world's largest automotive market and Citroën's second largest outsideEurope - having been established there for 20 years. The Shanghai World Fair is the perfect opportunity for the brand to reassert its international character and to show, once again, the importance it places on the needs and expectations of this rapidly developing market. The next generation CR-V was scheduled for a launch at the 2011 Orange County Auto Show. The new CR-V has borrowed its basic shape from the concept image that debuted earlier in July. The car gets features like the wide upper grille, swept headlights and stylized d-pillar similar to the concept. What does not make its way to the new car is the the concept’s massive wheels . <p>The car may still be powered by a variant of the 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine. The power and fuel efficiency figures may be tweaked though with other factors remaining virtually unchanged. Not much can be commented until the CUV is launched later this year. A six speed automatic transmission front wheel or all wheel drive can be expected as a variant. However, it is still a mystery whether Honda has been able to include the third row of seats at the back.</p><p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgC_O4gr1_GMfWLrokWs4OmgEx7hJ85sAvRmiNNUR8wVVKA7thuAkUZUYBKTC7dO5fqruAONA0FJAyJFb2HX8IbY7LspydAGePhZf457fFOu-aG0l6CZzlZDISfV6uAqMxVufvwfAQ5Bxo/s1600/01-2012-honda-cr-v.jpg"><img alt="" border="0" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5655148750002711378" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgC_O4gr1_GMfWLrokWs4OmgEx7hJ85sAvRmiNNUR8wVVKA7thuAkUZUYBKTC7dO5fqruAONA0FJAyJFb2HX8IbY7LspydAGePhZf457fFOu-aG0l6CZzlZDISfV6uAqMxVufvwfAQ5Bxo/s400/01-2012-honda-cr-v.jpg" style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 184px;" /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgr-pJVmTIC3921W1KqjxQoDWDDwClc2ZX9tmgIAwgu31hMDg4AdYfP22eAbibx_dUJ4Jw7AeBivk5arOELo8WJLzoT8sA9S2tyAEu0DmQApC6O5IgzPewA3ON6KcIxPQ2IWJh-QGGk64M/s1600/02-cr-v.jpg"><img alt="" border="0" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5655149546605975154" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgr-pJVmTIC3921W1KqjxQoDWDDwClc2ZX9tmgIAwgu31hMDg4AdYfP22eAbibx_dUJ4Jw7AeBivk5arOELo8WJLzoT8sA9S2tyAEu0DmQApC6O5IgzPewA3ON6KcIxPQ2IWJh-QGGk64M/s400/02-cr-v.jpg" style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 184px;" /></a></p>
